Q: I am interested in getting on the waitlist, do I need to set up a tour in order to do so?
A: You do not need to tour the school in order to get on our waitlist, but you are welcome to!
Q: Do you only enroll at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters?
A: We enroll all year long! We can enroll your child as soon as a spot opens up for them.
Q: What hours are you open?
A: We are open 7:30am-5:30pm.
Q: Are you open for any holidays?
A: We are open most holidays for full-day programming. For the full calendar, click HERE.
Q: I forgot my phone at home! How do I check in my child?
A: We have a sign in sheet in the office that you can use. Failure to sign in or out your child results in a $5 fee, but using the clipboard is sufficient for checking them in or out. Your child’s teacher will take attendance and will make sure they are checked in on Brightwheel.
Q: Does my child need a lunch?
A: Please send your child with a lunch and a water bottle. We provide a morning and afternoon snack and refill water bottles throughout the day.
Q: How do I talk with my child’s teacher or get updates?
A: We use the Brightwheel app for a lot of communication! Feel free to message your child’s teacher through the app, and you can also welcome to give us a call, 805-453-3403.
Q: My family is going taking a vacation, do I have any credit to use?
A: You are given two weeks worth of vacation days depending on your child’s schedule. For example, if your child attends 4 days/week, they have 8 total vacation days. Fill out the form online HERE, or in the office. You will see it reflected in the next month’s invoice.
