Trash Enclosure
Structure Removal and Replacement Construction Information
The current project is to remove the existing 120 square foot masonry and wood trash enclosure from 1999 in its entirety and replace it with a new 282 square foot masonry and wood trash enclosure that will house the 4 cubic food dumpsters for trash and recycling and the required food waste and green waste rolling cans. The project will maintain the location of the trash enclosure which is less than required from the property line, but the modified setback was supported by City staff and approved with the plans. The project will also require minor grading to allow for the larger structure to be constructed in the space as the area adjacent to the existing structure is not completely level with the structure itself.
